With over 60 years of production and eight design changes the Corvette has withstood the test of time. In 1953 the first Corvette rolled off the assembly line becoming the most popular sports car in history. The excitement continues as the first mid-engine Corvette rolled of the assembly line in 2020.

This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector’s Edition is painted in striking “Silver Beige” or “Champagne” as a one year only color scheme. Dark brown graphics, a special set of turbine-vane alloy wheels, and bronze tinted glass T-Tops define this unique collector’s package. The inviting interior comes with silver-beige leather seating and all the high-end options including a leather wrapped steering wheel, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, power driver’s seat, opening rear glass, tilt/ telescopic steering wheel, rear defogger, and an AM/FM radio. Under the hood of this beauty is a 350 Crossfire Injection System V-8 consisting of two throttle bodies, attached to a 700-R4 automatic transmission. This Special Edition was the first fuel injected engine to be used in a Corvette in nearly two decades. Only 6,754 of these1982 Collector’s Editions were made, making this Corvette a very desirable classic car.
