Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1931 Ford Model A 5-Window Coupe w/Custom Trailer! The Model A was one of Ford’s greatest successes, the predecessor the Model T. The “A” came in many shapes and sizes of the years with nearly 5 million being built in its generation from 1927 to 1931. One of those styles was the 5 Window Coupe, and it’s one of the most sought after today, some for originality, but mostly by hotrodders everywhere to make it into a awesome street rod! Here we have one of those rare 5 window coupe street rods and she is all steel! The Jade Green paint is sharp and has a nice shine. The 15″ Budnik Wheels and BF Goodrich tires complete the stance well. The front grill shell has been changed from a ’31 to ’32. All steel color matching tow behind custom trailer is a very nice addition to this street rod! Inside you’ll find Champagne Beige cloth interior and a nice wood dash to add even more character. The large tach mounted to the dash is a nice touch. Per the owner, powering this hotrod is a rebuilt 350ci V8 with power running down through a rebuilt Muncie 4-Speed Manual Transmission. She is also sporting a Heidt’s front suspension. Work performed at Butch’s Street Rods. Mileage on odometer shows 775 miles and owner states that to be since the rebuild.
