Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to offer this 1980 Mercedes 450SL. The Mercedes SL is a standard of luxury personal motoring. In the 1970s and 80s the Mercedes SL was the car to be seen in. This classy – two owner – roadster is in great shape. With no evidence of abuse, or accidents this car is rust free with good body panels and good chrome. The car wears a luscious coat of Light Ivory over camel leather interior. It’s topped with a black convertible roof as well, matching the hardtop. The car runs and drives very well, and has recently had front brake work done as well as a new Bosch fuel pump. This 450SL floats down the road as a luxury chariot should with all the features in working condition.
