Only 5,583 examples were produced in 1980, making this model year somewhat rare. This 450SL comes with a removable hard top and a 4.5-liter V-8 engine attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. A true sports car driving experience is the result of the 190hp V-8. with Bosh CIS Fuel injection, four-wheel hydraulic disk brakes, independent front suspension with double wishbones, and an independent rear trailing arm setup.
