Followed by their first gasoline automobile in 1904. Studebaker became known as an automobile manufacturer with a reputation for building cars of high quality, durability, and reliability. The last Studebaker rolled off the assembly line in 1966.
This 1941 Studebaker Commander is painted in classic two-tone green. Wide whitewall tires and original moon wheel covers add to the car’s nostalgic good looks. The tan cloth interior looks to be in its pristine condition with bench seating for six. Under the hood is an L Head six-cylinder I6 attached to a three-speed manual transmission w/added overdrive.
